PRIVACY AND DISCLOSURE
Art Connected is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose any client information to any third parties. All personal details are for use by Art Connected only.
Your submission of an order is deemed to be your consent to provide Art Connected with your details. Art Connected uses no other means of data collection.
Art Connected sessions will take place between the hours of 09:00 – 18:00. Exceptions will be made for evening and weekend appointments at the Art Connected’s discretion.
All bookings must be made a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. To request an appointment please submit a form, send an email or telephone +44 7900 123733.
In situations where rescheduling is necessary there is no charge unless this occurs more than twice or with less than 48 hours’ notice, in which case there will be an additional charge of £25 per reschedule.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, you must inform Art Connected a minimum of 48 hours’ before the scheduled time. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given you will forfeit your fee. If more than 48 hours’ notice is given a £25 administration fee will be deducted when refunding your payment.
In the unlikely event that Art Connected need to cancel the appointment a full refund would be given.
A deposit of 25 percent (25%) are due in before the start of a session. Payment may be made by cash, card, bank transfer or PayPal. The remaining balance to be paid in full at completion of appointment.
Travel expenses are charged for any client based outside of the M25 ring for any home service. Mileage is charged at 40p per mile for a road trip or a standard return train fare. The agreed amount should be settled on the day of the session.
